  Ordered glasses online during the sale so the frames were much cheaper. I received it within a week of ordering them; As long as you make sure your measurements are correct or you check how the frames fit in store you can't go wrong :)

  The absolute best experience buying glasses I've ever had. They were busy when I got there, and still managed to get me taken care of in less than 20 minutes. It took them 35 minutes after that to make both of my pairs of glasses. Plus, the deals they have on frames and lenses is next to none. I'll be bringing my whole family and recommend them to all my friends. If you're looking to get glasses, this is the place to go.

  Wanted non Negotiable fees just to get glasses or contacts was very upsetting they worked with me once or twice when a friend worked there. I had to tell em do whatever she did. Was something wrong then and now. This is the place inside that does exams. The rest of the building is good.

  Normally when I have went to vision places normally the staff will say anything to acknowledge the customer. when I walked in the door no one greeted me so I walked to the front desk and waited about four minutes for someone to ask me what I needed. I expressed that it was my first time coming there. They told me I needed to go wait in the waiting room so I sat there for about five minutes and then decide to get up and go to the window and ask if I needed to fill out any paperwork. The young person there seemed very offputting attitude when I approached they told me that they stopped taking walk-ins. that they only take walk-ins from 9 to 3 it was 244pm when I was told that. so I walked out, realized the time and walked back in and I asked since it wasn’t 3pm yet why were they done and she said because they had appointments next. I was wondering, why didn’t either of those two workers that I talk to bothered to say we stopped taking people in at three so I asked her when’s the best time to come back throughout the week and then another coworker chimed in so I asked is it better just to make an appointment and she said they were booked out till May I don’t understand why the first person sitting there couldn’t have said any of that very. Instead of being short and not explaining. I won’t be back here again. It’s not worth trying to spend my money here

  I had a scheduled appointment and this was my first visit. The girls in the front were over 10 minutes late, so I didn’t get checked in until late. When they finally came to the window, there was no sense of urgency even though several people were waiting. Then after finally being checked in, I waited an hour just for them not to know how to do the insurance eligibility. They were clueless and clearly needed more training. Needless to say, I left after an hour of not being seen. Just a waste of time. I wont be back.
