  Terrible experience. I’m a doctor and asked if I could self prescribe augmentin for a sinus infection, was told that it is illegal in the state of Georgia. Looked it up later and it’s not. He then asked me to have a friend call in the prescription. I should have just went somewhere else at this point but the place is right by my house so I asked a friend if he could call it in. I had to go home and put my son to sleep, my wife went out later to get the prescription. He then proceeds to take over an hour to get the prescription ready while my wife is waiting there. He has to “call the provider to confirm the prescription” and then he refused to give it to her because we don’t have the same last name. I’ve never had any of these problems before mind you, but this guy is new. I just don’t understand why someone would blatantly lie to me because he’s uncomfortable filling a prescription for augmentin. I’d understand if this a routine prescription or something controlled, which I would never do, but I’ve been on a 21 day stretch with work and you just wasted half my night. I think I’m done with Kroger pharmacy for me and my wife after this. I work 70 hour weeks and I’ve had a sinus infection for 14 days, it’s not difficult to diagnose, I need to feel better so I can take care of my patients.

  Very rude over the phone while I was trying to get information on whether they had my prescription in stock or not. Horrible customer service. The lady I talked to was very demeaning and cut me off and hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!
