This was our first experience with the Kroger Pharmacy and I feel like it will be our last. We switched out prescriptions which was a process that I do not blame on either pharmacy. However, when I arrived to pick up my prescription the girl assisting us was very rude. She acted as if we had interrupted her conversation with her co-workers. I know that is not the case because the conversation continued while she was helping us. She would not check a price of an item for us and said "I cant. You need customer service." She never asked me if I had health insurance or any pertaining questions and told me an outlandish total. I said "excuse me" and she gave me a nasty look. I handed her my insurance and she rolled her eyes because that meant she had to do additional work adding my insurance information to the system. I tried switching to Kroger but I will be switching right back to my previous pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used in the over 20 years I have lived in the area. When I have called in for partial fills, they are confused. I may get a full on some and partial on the others. Additionally I fill a controlled substance there, was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I was lied to. They had to order it, leaving me in horrific withdrawals for 5 days. If I would have gotten an honest answer, I would have had time to call my physician to have my medication moved. The staff is not friendly or helpful, never smiling and completely lacking customer service skills. It is like you are bothering them to do their jobs. I have since decided to move my medications to Kroger on Wrightsboro Road who are always pleasant, up front and timely with having my medicine ready
