- CTCiDestini TankersleyOct 27, 20252.0Only giving two stars because of the man upfront and he answers the phone was very nice and considerate and was getting EVERYONE through. Me and my fiancé were in there over 2 hrs mostly waiting for them to finish his physical because he had not been there close to a year. He got deferred because there were one or two tattoos that the did not have on record and the lady said he had to have photo proof of when he got it. From my understanding that is not in the protocol and that is not a good reason to defer someone from donating. His tattoos were clearly older wayyyy more than 4 months and he does his own sometimes and others, when he was there months before he had the same person re evaluate him multiple times and clearly she did not thoroughly document ALL the tattoos he had, she only noted the ones she saw. Another physician said that she still wanted him to donate and that they could just update the tattoos but the other lady just kept trying to find a problem. He then proceeded to tell them if he can’t donate then he just won’t be back and the physician that was complaining told him he could go to another plasma place!

And employees standing around laughing and chattin not working at all but look at patients like they are bothering them when spoken to. You would think with three stars yall would read the reviews and fix it. But pop off yall! paying people to stand around doing nothing with attitudes.

They go "oh well" and it's always on days they are busy. It's almost like they are trying to run people out and make them feel crazy. Do better keds!
