The care providers from Home Instead were wonderful. All of them were willing to go the extra mile when Dad's health declined rapidly. Each genuinely cared about Dad and Mom. When the Lord finally took Dad home, some attended his funeral. Now that Dad is gone, Mom's health has been a challenge. We continue to use Home Instead for companionship care and some assistance of daily living for her. We have been grateful for the care Mom has received, and the rates involved have been reasonable. Camille has been very responsive to any concerns, and is a pleasure to work with on care, staffing, and scheduling issues as they arise. If you are looking for a good, reputable in-home care organization for a loved one, this is a great place to start.
