  They are amazing my experience with them was 10/10 they was quick with service & very nice & open about the different options on glasses and walked me through the whole thing it was my first time going there and they had my glasses ready in 12 minutes keep up the good work .

  Incredible service! Both pair of glasses were made in less than 1 hour & Jasmine is awesome at answering questions & concerns! Been going there 8 years this year! Super pleased with the service!

  My visit was fabulous The staff and everyone was very nice and they were very friendly didn't have to wait long My appointment was right on time.

  Mrs. Rhonda was absolutely amazing, helped my and I find beautiful glasses, and made the experience a great one .

  We had an appointment that was scheduled weeks in advance. We had to wait hours to get to the back to start the first process of the exam. We also acquired a new insurance plan that allows you to upgrade either a higher amount towards glasses or contacts and I wanted to use it. As we were waiting in the back to be seen by the eye doctor we overheard the ladies in the front call someone else to ask how to apply the insurance upgrade. One lady got off the phone and told her co-worker that "that patient is gonna be mad as hell because they've never used the upgraded insurance before and aren't sure how it works for them to get paid so she was advised to tell her she can't use it." Needless to say we left once we overheard this conversation. Very unprofessional work environment between the ladies at the front. If you're going to talk about patients at least try to be quiet about it and telling a patient no, you can't use your insurance upgrade because "you've never done it before and your office doesn't know how it works for you to get paid?" A simple phone call to the insurance provider would've fixed that. Never going back. Wish I could give zero stars.
