This review is solely for the after hours on call staff and her lack of bedside manner when it comes to sensitive topics. I was pregnant for the first time and experienced a miscarriage, all found out in less than 48 hours. I am a patient of Dr. Honore and thought it would be an easier process to get scheduled to confirm the miscarriage being a medical emergency in my eyes. The miscarriage happened at night so I called the after hours on call line for guidance as this was a scary and new situation for me, and if there is an after hours on call line I would think it would be used for medical advice and emergencies. The woman I spoke to on Monday, 4/6, at 10:15pm was very rude, insensitive and unnecessarily impatient for such a type of call this was. I started the conversation by letting her know that I am a past patient of Dr. Honore and that I think I am actively miscarrying and am looking to hopefully get some guidance and schedule an urgent appointment within the next 48 hours if possible. She proceeds to tell me with an impatient tone that this line is for emergencies only and she won’t be able to help with that. I asked if my situation of actively having a miscarriage is not seen as an emergency to see my doctor, and she said, again with an attitude, that “that is not what you asked me, you said can you schedule an appointment and I can’t do that after hours”. A simple, “I’m sorry ma’am, I’m not able to schedule on the after hours line but if you call back in the morning they can help you” would’ve sufficed. But instead I was met with an attitude and a a lack of sensitivity to my situation. I would hope that being a women’s health doctors office, you would have staff that can be sympathetic when these things happen and hope there is some training done to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

Dr. Sun is THE BEST OB-GYN. She spends time with patients, regardless for a regular visit, the time of delivery, or postpartum. She is one of the most passionate, compassionate, and trustworthy doctors I have met. I love my woman’s health journey with her in all moments, especially delivering my baby. The waiting comments are true; however, Dr Sun spends her precious time with every patient, which includes you and I. I am very grateful that we have such a great doctor in our area. 👍

I am extremely satisfied and truly happy with my entire experience at the clinic, from the warm and welcoming reception to the smooth and professional checkout process. Dr. Creed is incredibly attentive, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her patients. From the first appointment, I felt heard, supported, and confident in my treatment. The whole team is professional, kind, and well organized, making the experience seamless and comfortable. I am very grateful for the outstanding care provided.

Horrible staff! Super rude; do not have basic decency on how to behave with patients! Dr Sun pretends to be nice but sides by them in background. Let’s not talk about the wait time (minimum 1 hr) ! Worst place to be.

Frequently Asked Questions About Women's Health Associates

How often should I schedule routine gynecological exams?

Most women benefit from annual gynecological exams, though the specific schedule may vary depending on your health, age, and medical history. Regular visits help address immediate concerns and monitor changes in your health over time, ensuring any potential issues are caught early. Your gynecologist will work with you to determine a schedule that works best for you.

Do I need a gynecological exam even if I’m not sexually active?

Yes! Routine gynecological exams are important for all women, regardless of sexual activity. These visits allow your provider to monitor your reproductive health, address menstrual or hormonal concerns, and screen for conditions like ovarian cysts or fibroids. They’re also an opportunity to discuss overall wellness and preventative care tailored to your needs.
