  I had some tests done here and though the results on the portal did not help to explain my symptoms I did not receive a phone call with next steps. I called looking for answers and was told that the doctor was busy but that I would receive a call back later that day. I just got that call TWO MONTHS LATER. How helpful -__-

  Sharde treated my mom horrible. She was extremely rude and disrespectful! I’m a healthcare professional and never would I treat someone this way. She even went back and forth with my mom because my mom had questions about what she would be seen for. This is not a fake review. This will be last time I will go to Kroger’s Little Clinic. It’s so sad to be treated this way and I really don’t appreciate how my mom was treated. Corporate please choose your staff carefully. Our experience with Sharde was BAD!!!!!!

  Awful experience. Terrible customer service all around, subpar care. Practitioner was very off-putting. Left without a diagnosis except the advice to take allergy medication. I went to Peachtree Immediate Care for a second opinion where I was quickly diagnosed with an infection, given a proper prescription and treated with compassion and respect.

  Great the first time. 2nd time nurse took business appointment (drug rep?) before me. 40 min listening to them laugh and chat in room next to me. I'm sick and this is not helping.
