Who ever answers the phone is absolutely useless. I submitted an online consultation form, got a call, asked what I was looking to have done, she acted as if she had never heard of the procedure I was asking about after 2 brief holds, gave zero information then just sent me to billing to get prices. Prices for what?! You never even knew what I wanted and the billing department was even more lost (understandably) because I now had less information and confidence in what I was asking for or why I was talking to billing… even though the website and everything you look online for the procedure leads you to this clinic and only this one.
