About

Fertility ClinicInfertility and Reproductive Disorders
Reproductive Biology Associates was established in 1983 as Georgia’s first IVF program. And that was only the first of many ‘firsts’ for us: RBA became the first practice in the state to produce an IVF birth. The first on the East Coast to achieve pregnancy from a frozen embryo. The first in the Western Hemisphere to report a birth from frozen donor eggs. And the list goes on. Along the way, we’ve remained steadfast in our commitment to the development of revolutionary technologies and techniques to enhance pregnancy outcomes. And naturally, we’re proud of what we’ve achieved. But we’re more interested in what we can help you achieve. Because even the most sophisticated medical technology is valueless to you if isn’t right for your needs.

I had my first appointment at RBA (Piedmont location) at 7:30 AM for an ultrasound and labs, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. Unfortunately the Marietta office could not accommodate my schedule. Upon arrival, parking and directions were unclear, and the office door was still locked at 7:27 AM. At 7:35 AM I sent a text message through the app regarding the locked door. A staff member, later identified as Taylor, unlocked the door without greeting me and walked away, leaving me to let myself in. Taylor was also the person who brought me back and performed my ultrasound, but she never introduced herself or explained the process. The interaction felt very impersonal & rude. When I finished, there was no one at the front desk. I waited for several minutes, unsure if I needed to check out, and another patient arrived with no staff present either. This is already a sensitive process, and a little communication and professionalism would go a long way. Based on my experience, I hope i do not have to return & I hope this experience is not indicative of the level of care at other locations.

The AA Michelle is absolutely amazing. She is so caring and was made for her position. She went above and beyond to handle a stressful situation for me and I couldn't be more appreciative of her.

My consultation was awesome, with this being such a touchy topic, I truly appreciated the entire office’s sensitive touch with me.

My initial meeting was wonderful. Everyone there was kind and really put me at ease. I was treated with great care, courtesy and respect. The environment was warm and caring, and I was happy with my experience.
