They poked a hole in my arm. They took the blood out. Then they put a piece of gauze on the hole. And tape over the gauze. My arm doesn't hurt. It was good. It was the most excellent bleeding I've ever done. The phlebotomist was friendly. I am satisfied.

Everything was smooth and seamless from check‑in to being served, and even as a walk‑in, I barely had to wait.

Renee was pleasant, courteous, and skilled. I did not even feel a prick when she inserted the needle in my arm to draw blood.
Was late to appointment because it takes a cartographer to find the office, hidden in the far corner, suite 190 is after 170. It goes 180 to 170 to 190….
Entrance, that clearly says Quest Diagnostics, is hidden in a hallway behind a different door with a doctors name on it. Hopefully this helps other lost souls trying wandering around for 5 minutes

The front desk person was amazing and very engaging.
The lab tech assigned to me was terrible. Once I was called to her station she kept looking at her watch throughout the time she worked with me as if she was annoyed I arrived at 4:00 on a Friday.
I had a past due bill with Quest I was not aware of which I’m assuming the process requires it to be resolved before completing my test, however I would not know since the technician did not offer any explanation or alternative options. I do not appreciate having to have two separate transactions, one to pay the past due amount and a second for the cost of the current testing; it should have been one transaction to pay.
The technician had no sense of urgency. I explained I had someone sitting in my car and needed to be finished as quickly as possible. After telling the technician this, I swear she moved at a snails pace for the remainder of my appointment.
I had questions about the test order and she offered no assistance in trying to resolve my questions to ensure the right test was being done. I located my order and had to download it to my phone. I explained to her I did not bring my glasses with me because I thought the process would not require anything from me.
I downloaded the order and asked her to review what was on my phone compared to the order she had. She was not helpful at all in trying to help me get a view on my phone where she could see if the order was the same. This took additional time for me to figure it out as I previously explained to her I did not have my glasses with me again.
I will never visit this location again based on this technician’s lack of professionalism and poor customer service skills, then to pay for parking on top of that is ridiculous.
Also, this location needs better signage to find the location in the building.
