  I have to give blood frequently so I know very well if somebody is good or not at a painless prick. Melvin took my blood today and it is one of the best I've ever had in my life. Painless!!! This location is immaculate organized and on time. Thanks Melvin and Quest!!

  Krispsis was so pleasant and kind. She was fast and efficient. Very nice and personable. Quick and fast service. Easy check in. Lower the noise volume from others in the other area .

  PSR Kripsis at site FPU is the reason I was so satisfied with my experience. She was a joy to meet and helped me relax by communicating with me every step of the visit. I'm quite the stickler when it comes to manners and professionalism. Please consider using her to assist with training future PSRs.

  Kripsis went above and beyond to make my lab experience one of the best ever. I have a diagnosis that requires quarterly visits and yesterday will be one of my most memorable. From her initial greeting, Kripsis was nothing short of delightful and informing. She politely directed me to the room and confirmed which tests I wanted completed. She ensured I was aware that one of the tests usually requires fasting and detailed the estimated copay by the system. With my frequent visits, we swiftly moved past this and Kripsis carefully began the blood draw. We joked that I should come teach a class to patients on the collection process and briefly discussed our upbringings. Even during the final hour of business for the day, I received a burst of positive and impactful energy from Kripsis. I hope that she is recognized and valued with the company :).
