  Quest Diagnostics is a good company overall and the employees definitely have skills with taking bloodwork. This location I went to was in the downtown Emory building which is HECTIC! Lol , but it got done. I wish they would have a separate location, but it makes sense to have it located on the busy hospital for convenience. I would choose a stand alone location in the future though. Great customer service, poor parking in the Emory garage tho and the traffic of too many people in and out the hospital!

  I brought two lab requisitions and they refused to put one through because it wasn't a Quest requisition specifically. When I've gone to other labs, they didn't hesitate to help and enter the new codes in the system. They could've also let me know that Lapcorp is in the building since the other requisition was through them. Lacked courtesy and a bit of extra effort (for money that business could've make). Now I have to go to another lab rather than just get it done once.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Quest Diagnostics lab at Emory University Hospital Midtown in Atlanta is hands-down the best Quest location I’ve visited in the past eight years. From check-in to check-out, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and well organized. A special thank you to Brandi for her exceptional professionalism and kindness. As a retired registered nurse, I truly appreciate excellent clinical skill and bedside manner — and she exceeded my expectations. She was knowledgeable, personable, and made the experience comfortable and stress-free. The facility is extremely clean, parking is plentiful and reasonably priced, and the staff operates like a well-coordinated team. I look forward to continuing my routine lab work at this location. Highly recommend!
