  I've met Meshia McCoy twice at Piedmont Pulmonologists. She is VERY nice, patient, friendly, takes the time to explain and very importantly, always responds quickly to any messages I leave on their portal.

  Pretty mixed experience here. Good: I had an amazing doctor who listened and resolved my issues. The staff in person are fantastic. Bad: For every appointment I ended up waiting 45 minutes to an hour. I am currently writing this review waiting for an appointment and it has been 55 minutes. As you can imagine I’m pretty frustrated. This will be my last appointment in this office. If you need assistance between appointments, the staff is very difficult to contact. After a challenging time contacting staff for help on two separate occasions, staff members made a mistake that further delayed my care by a week or more. One instance was a broken nasal mask. After 30 days of back and forth emails a staff member finally was able to assist me in ordering a replacement. The replacement arrived two weeks later in the wrong size. This experience seems to be typical. Because of the long wait times, you will never, ever, ever qualify for free parking. Expect to pay for 2 hours of parking. Additionally, plan for the elevator in the parking lot to take 5-10 minutes of your total travel time.

  Dr. Jermaine Jackson is very informative and thorough of the care he provides. I’ve never had to wait long to be seen by him. He’s detailed oriented and ensures you understand the path of care you’re being provided. It’s very evident he enjoys his profession. His staff resembles the same!
