I arrived on time for my appointment and was actively being checked in by staff during my grace period. Despite this, I was told I could not be seen. When I asked about the policy, the staff member told me 'it doesn't matter what the policy is' they couldn’t see me. which is an incredibly unprofessional response. Dr. Dawn and her staff handled this situation poorly and showed no flexibility or accountability for their own check-in process causing the delay. Would not recommend.
Excellent. Very courteous and engaging. Very prompt and professional. All my questions were answered. I was very relaxed and didn't feel rushed. A pleasant experience.
The staff at Piedmont Pysicians of Midtown are always professional & courteous and make the daunting "going to the doctor" experience less worrisome. Great job Piedmont!

Dr. Joe at Midtown Piedmont Physicians is absolutely outstanding. She is a wonderful listener who truly takes her time to understand your concerns. During a very sensitive time in my life, navigating important life changes, she provided compassionate, attentive, and knowledgeable care that made me feel seen and supported.
She also went above and beyond in helping me complete important medical paperwork, ensuring everything was accurate and handled with care. Her professionalism, patience, and thoroughness gave me peace of mind when I needed it most.
I am so grateful for the level of care I received. Dr. Joe is not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely caring—qualities that make all the difference. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who truly listens and advocates for her patients.
Called three times as a courtesy to let front desk know I’m running late due to a massive accident on I-85, got automated “Piedmont Assistant” who transferred me to a “live agent” - each time it rang 17 times before disconnecting!!!
On 4th attempt, got 00000000000000000 and got to a live person who told me 15 min late and I’d need to reschedule. Hustles, parked, walked in at 2:16 PM and couldn’t see my MD. They did accommodate and had me see another MD. Just the experience leaves new patient less than impressed with how Piedmont treats new patients!! The staff chitchat vs. attending to patients is also off putting!! Lastly, what’s up with making patients mask up like it’s Covid era again but staff doesn’t?!? Again, a small issue, just unnecessary friction in the experience.
