  I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jennifer Gilligan at Piedmont Hospital. Dr. Gilligan is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough in her approach. She took the time to listen, asked thoughtful questions, and explaine in a clear and practical way that made me feel confident and supported. I truly appreciate her professionalism, compassion, and commitment to patient-centered care. She sets a high standard, and I’m grateful to be under her care.

  I wish I could leave a zero star review. Imagine waiting for weeks and weeks for your appointment that was critical to your follow up care, imagine being told that Tamiflu and masks work, only to be refused your scheduled and confirmed appointment because you had flu the prior week and received Tamiflu, which reportedly cuts the symptoms And sickness time. Imagine arriving with no symptoms and no fever And being treated by the staff, as though you had the plague. Imagine offering to call the referring doctor to vouch for you who had just seen you the day before, being willing to have your temperature taken, and being willing to stay masked during the critical appointment. But still being refused service.

  Dr. Patel is a wonderful person/doctor the front desk also were easy to deal. The back house were very gentle with the care to work me up to see Dr. Patel.
