  Etsubdenke Areaya (who introduces herself as “Mimi”) was extremely unprofessional I went here with concerns regarding my weight & was completely dismissed & make fun of. She made jokes around my weight saying maybe I should use less creamer in my coffee, and many other rude comments. I was completely dismissed and felt unheard throughout the entire appointment. 0/10 I would not recommend anyone to go to this location. There was a very nice woman in the lab room who was very sweet but her other coworkers were rude to her, she deserves better as well

  I am very dissatisfied with my experience with this practice. When I arrived for my appointment, I was asked if I was “the Brown that called that morning to cancel my appointment” and I told her no. She was very apologetic and stated that a few Brown’s had called to cancel that morning, however I had to complete the check in process all over again. I originally scheduled my appointment to get a full panel of blood work because I had been feeling extremely fatigued, but during my appointment the Nurse Practitioner continuously pushed back on me wanting certain tests run such as magnesium. My results came to my my chart the next day and my Vitamin D levels are lower than they were a year ago when they prescribed me a high dose of Vitamin D to help get it back up. I also saw that she did not run a test for any of the other vitamins other than B12 even after I requested it. I have messaged her in my chart and have called a few times to try to reach her. My appointment was 9 business days ago, and although there were holidays in between, this time frame of no response is very unacceptable. This has been a very frustrating process and I won’t be returning after this experience.

  The customer service here is lackluster and seems unconnected to human encounter. Walk ins are not welcome which is odd for an urgent care.

  I had another great visit today! Dr Puja Shaurin Mehta is always so attentive and takes the time to really listen — I never feel rushed. The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient, and there was virtually no wait time. I always leave feeling well cared for. Highly recommend!
