  I’m a new patient at Piedmont Physician’s and unfortunately had a very disappointing first experience. I arrived for an emergency appointment due to severe lupus pain, but the front desk (Tyra) who aggressive and combative, the interaction was unprofessional and handled publicly in front of other patients. (Video Posted on my TikTok page) The situation escalated unnecessarily, and I ultimately was not seen by a provider that day. I do appreciate the Practice Manager stepping in to address my concerns privately, but overall I left still in pain and feeling embarrassed and frustrated. I hope the office improves how sensitive situations are handled moving forward.

Dr. Harris and his staff display excellent bedside manners, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The entire team reflects the same level of kindness, professionalism, and support. The front office staff is always courteous, efficient, and respectful, which makes the overall experience seamless. Additionally, the office is consistently neat, clean, and well-organized. I highly recommend Dr. Harris to anyone seeking quality care from a knowledgeable and compassionate provider.

  Every person in the office is genuinely nice and professional. Dr Harris has been our family physician for years. He is truly the best physician we have ever had. He takes his time to explain everything, has a great bedside manner, and truly cares about your health.

  Dr. Rosshandler is extremely knowledgeable, has a confident and compassionate bedside manner and is really invested in the health of her patients. She works collaboratively with her patients efficiently gathering and analyzing all relevant clinical information to create and maintain a personalized health management plan.

  I am very satisfied with the care I receive at PHC Druid Hills. Dr. Harris is extremely thorough and takes the time to answer all of my questions, making sure I feel comfortable and reassured about any concerns regarding my health or medications. “Happy to call him my doctor.” The staff is always kind and welcoming, which makes every visit pleasant. I also appreciate how consistent they are with appointment times. In my experience, I’m usually in and out within about an hour, which shows how efficient and organized the office is. Overall, the team is professional, caring, and attentive, and I always feel well cared for during my visits.
