  Where do I begin…. The secretaries and phone operators are seriously some of the rudest and incapable people you will ever meet. My doctor was 40 minutes later for an appointment and I asked to reschedule as I had to get back to work. Until literally the forty minute came they let me and then told me I wouldn’t be charged a late fee. 2 hours later I get an email saying I didn’t show and I was being charged and also there’s no rescheduled appointment… I call back and after sitting again on the phone (as always) for over an hour I’m told it will be removed. Well now it’s a week later and I’m still being charged a no show fee and when I call back today and wait for another hour I get the rudest person ever who literally told me I need to wait for my doctor even if it’s 40 minutes To Dr Prylinski, I’m sorry but I can no longer deal with your extremely rude staff who is incapable of work. I will never return here after 8 years. OH AND GUESS WHAT THEY JUST HUNG UP AGAIN ON THE PHONE. I will be disputing this late charge and sending all of your management a very detailed letter

  Worst service everyone is at lunch, no one answer the phone neither in person are able to give a solution for a problem they make

  Piedmont physicians were excellent! The facility was immaculate, and Dr. Brett Prylinski spent a great deal of time with me. I appreciate the time he spent with me because I had difficulty finding a good physician after moving here. He is very knowledgeable and I feel relieved to find somebody like him!

  The whole practice is awesome!!! I always leave with a positive experience. Lacey Hutchinson is the best! I can’t say enough good things about her. She rocks in every way!
