  I see why they have such bad reviews. My PCP is fine but the staff, hang ups and lack of knowledge is the worst. I am going to have to search for another provider.

  Some of the worst counter experience I've ever had. First lady demands I wear a mask when she doesn't have one on. It's 2026 why do I need physical copy of my insurance card? Everywhere else doesn't require it. I should have looked at the reviews before coming here. They have the rating they deserve.

  Piedmont is very adamant regarding their same day cancellation and no show policy however anytime you schedule an appointment you are NEVER seen at the time of your appointment. I live about 10 min away however I always schedule 2 hours when going to an appointment here because they over ,double and triple book their appointments. Today I had an appointment at 0900 and it is 1000 and I have yet to be seen , told the the doctor is running behind or anything. This is a terrible disregard for patients time as we can not charge late fees for the inconvenience that is caused to us for waiting over an hour. Your administrative and scheduling team needs to do better! You are running a business that is handling people and our time is valuable

  I was refer too PIEDMONT PHYSICIANS PULMONARY COPD...I JUST WONDERING HAS CONDITION CHANGE SINCE READING THESE REVIEWS..BEFORE MAKE ANY APPOINTMENTS?????

  Dr Latoya whatever here last name is got mad at me because I ended up being hospitalized for diabetic ketoacidosis and after 3 days was told to do a follow up with another doctor. I didn't know the hospital changed my PCP I thought i was just seeing a doctor because I just got out the hospital. I explained this to her and she told me she was no longer my pcp and not only that I take blood pressure medicine and needed my prescription filled because I didn't have any pills left. She denied my refill and erased all of my My Chart messages. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. She told me my a1c was high and sent me home with metformin which I didn't need because I was already going through Diabetic ketoacidosis. While im already in the hospital she sends a message and tells me I need to go to the hospital. If I hadn't read my My chart there is no telling where I would be now. Not her fault im diabetic but if she told me my a1c was high she should've looked at my blood work too instead I had to message her to see if I needed to go the Er. And I still didn't get a response until I drove myself to the Er and already had iVs in my arms.
