Dr. Edwards is phenomenal. 67 second procedure to do an adjustment on my light adjustable lens implant & within hours my vision had improved 100%. If I could give this facility more than 5 stars I would.
- ELEmily Leeson2 days ago1.0When booking my appointment, no one bothered to ask me why I was coming in to see the doctor. They made a bunch of assumptions because I was referred by a friend, who is an eye doctor. I got there and they had scheduled me with a doctor who does not do contact lenses, which was the reason I was there. If they had simply asked me the purpose of my visit when I was making the appointment it would’ve saved me and them a lot of time. I was told they could not refund my co-pay that it had to go through their billing department, which is ridiculous. They asked me if I wanted to reschedule which I do not. I will not come back to this practice because there is no attention to detail.

The woman at the front desk was so kind, personal and caring of my situation and got me in right away. She was also so prompt with getting my records from another office. Then the gentleman who prepped me before the doctor came in and the doctor himself were both amazing in their engagement with me from the beginning to the end. I absolutely loved everything about this office and Dr. Josh Johnson. I highly recommend them for your eye care needs.
