    This place is amazing! I never knew my body needed this so much and the instructors are incredible. 10/10 recommend!!

    If you've never taken yoga before and you're looking for a good workout, this is the spot! Most of the classes are hot which is amazing because you sweat it all out, get flexible and tone your body. It's literally addictive! Without the heat, I don't know that I'd like yoga much. But hot n sweaty yoga is my jam 😅 All around great classes and good vibes!

    Where should I start. If you are a true practicing yogi , this is not the place . Its more for a workout. My overall experience was terrible from day one because I sign up for the promotional membership which states I would have the option to cancel afrer my 30 day trail. When I got to the studio, they couldnt find my account and made me sign up again which i was charge for the class even after the sorted the membership issue out. I still gave it a shot and only 1/3 of the classes where okay. The staff is not well equipped in understanding their system nor are they really nice . They smile in your face and gossip about you when they think your not listening . Especially Melinda who has nooooooo understanding of customer service what so ever! Be careful with leaving your cc on file and check your statement.
