- JOJenny OlmstedMar 6, 20245.0Have attended over 40 classes now and each time it is a different flow, fun, & engaging with different types of music. All the instructors are welcoming, kind, and passionate about making each class special and challenging. Kristin especially goes above and beyond and truly cares about each students wellbeing. I had no idea about yoga before joining this studio and the instructors were patient and descriptive with each set sequence so I didn’t feel lost. Also parking at the battery is free for the first 2 hours which makes attending these classes even easier!

Most of the classes are hot which is amazing because you sweat it all out, get flexible and tone your body. It's literally addictive! Without the heat, I don't know that I'd like yoga much. But hot n sweaty yoga is my jam 😅 All around great classes and good vibes!

The studio is super clean and the staff is so friendly and makes you feel welcome. We particularly loved Frannie!! She was super sweet and just makes class feel so fun. We chit chatted with her a bit and now I only want to take classes from her! After our free classes we were sold and signed up for a membership! Thanks for making us feel so welcome.
