Admittedly, I went into this location on December 31, 2025 to get an eye exam and buying glasses with a lot of remaining FSA funds. For some reason, I ordered two pairs of glasses and it appears that the order has not been placed...called and called and spoke to two or three different people with no real answer. Now today, I call again to find out there was a glitch in Warby Parker's system that no one advised me occurred. I now have $560 of unused FSA funds that never got charged for glasses I thought was ordered. Unacceptable and I will order frames somewhere else.

I will probably be going to this location moving forward. Parking was easy as well!

Warby makes the entire process easy, esp. if you don't have eye insurance. Great location, great experience.
