Ahmad took excellent care of me and explained every step clearly. Dr. Hadadi is easily the best optometrist I’ve ever encountered—thorough, knowledgeable, and generous with her time as she answered all of my questions. And Jameson went above and beyond, not only handling my order with expertise but also patiently resolving an insurance issue for my wife when the portal showed incorrect information. If the glasses are as great as the service, this will be a perfect 10/10 experience. I’ll update my review once they arrive.

I was headed to a different eyeglass store & was steered here & so far appreciate it. The personnel & the prices are bar-none. However, don’t get it twisted, the frames itself may be inexpensive, but once you administer the add-ons…..your price may soar. In the end I may have purchased 2 pairs of glasses here, less than 1 pair at the store I was headed to.
