Everyone on staff is so professional and they go above and beyond to make you feel extremely comfortable. They have the latest equipment and the best selection of glasses. The doctors are amazing as they make you feel welcome and Jeremy is my optician who stays up-to-date with eyewear styles. This place is amazing as I have been going there since 2016. This was my first time ordering prescription glasses, and I wasn’t informed about the no-return policy when I made the purchase. I ordered the glasses in the evening, and I was the last customer of the day. The next morning, I called right away to cancel the order, but they said the lab was already working on my lenses, so it wasn’t possible. When I picked up the glasses, I told them that the vision didn’t seem right—the rectangle shapes I was looking at looked like trapezoids—but the staff member said it would take two weeks for my eyes to adjust. I trusted them and waited. After two weeks, I still couldn’t see properly in the glasses, so I called to return them. That’s when they first told me that because the glasses were custom made, they couldn’t be returned. Recently, they also canceled my customer relationship and said they can no longer help me or fix the lenses. I understand policies are important, but I believe better communication at the time of purchase would have helped avoid this situation and saved everyone time and frustration. I hope this feedback encourages clearer explanations of return policies upfront, especially for first-time customers.
