Sharde treated my mom horrible. She was extremely rude and disrespectful! I’m a healthcare professional and never would I treat someone this way. She even went back and forth with my mom because my mom had questions about what she would be seen for. This is not a fake review. This will be last time I will go to Kroger’s Little Clinic. It’s so sad to be treated this way and I really don’t appreciate how my mom was treated. Corporate please choose your staff carefully. Our experience with Sharde was BAD!!!!!!

Awful service. Neither the doctor nor the nurse used gloves while I was in their care. They gave me a strep test and that came back negative so they diagnosed me with allergies. But I’ve had a fever, body aches, and chills. My tonsils are inflamed and my throat is swollen to the point where I’m having trouble eating and swallowing. Went here because I don’t have insurance and it was the cheapest place. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY. $109 for them to not even know what’s wrong with me and now I don’t have the money to go elsewhere. The doctor, Brandy (I believe), seemed to brush off and laugh at all my suggestions and symptoms. I wasn’t taken seriously. Oh and to top it all off, I had an appointment and still had to wait over an hour and a half before even being seen. DO NOT GO HERE!!! EDIT:: Managed to get some money together to go to another doctor. Turns out I have tonsillitis, NOT ALLERGIES!! like Brandy claimed. I even suggested tonsillitis, as I had all the symptoms (clearly), but she chuckled and said it’s not that. No tests, no nothing. After reading very similar reviews, it seems as though Brandy is great at misdiagnosing illness. Better be careful before it leads to a lawsuit.
