I wanted to use my own frame, which I understand carries no responsibility for the clinic. However, the staff member assisting me was curt, repeatedly pushed me toward buying new frames, and ultimately suggested I go to Walmart, which I found unprofessional. I later went to LensCrafters, where they had the same policy but explained my options respectfully and provided excellent service.
