  I’m having a horrible experience with the staff at this location, I went in for my annual eye exam and was asked to try 10 day contacts in hopes that I would switch to them but I’ve decided to get the contacts I wanted. I’ve called been left on hold, called and been told I’d receive and call back and I’ve called and had no luck getting through, now the Dr has to change my prescription to what I originally wanted, well then do it. I shouldnt have to follow up behind y’all and I dont want to be in a relationship with y’all calling yall all the damn time. Smh sadly this staff is all US and I guess this is the best they can do! Do better! BTW the Dr was phenomenal! Update: 12/31/25 I was contacted by a target rep they were very professional. The Dr. rewrote my prescription and I came by and paid for my contacts as well as picked up my glasses. However my glasses has been sitting there and I hadn’t received a call. I was told they called and left a message but they didn’t call me - I’ve had the same number for 15 years and recently came in a filled out a form with my phone number on it. There are good staff there specifically a woman with Locs and glasses - but there is a bad apple she is the one who almost made me feel like walking out initially bc she was more concerned with having a conversation with someone else than servicing the only customer in the store (me) even yesterday she was very off putting. She’s the one who wrote down a fake number for me and watched my glasses sit there for over two weeks. Get rid of her she’s bad for business 1/2/25 upon getting my glasses home and wearing them I realized that my leases are very thick. I own several frames and have been wearing glasses since elementary school my perception does not warrant a coke bottle lense- but here we are. I called and spoke with Tracy who explained I’m in a standard lense as if that explains the issue my prescription has not increased and it doesn’t warrant Coke bottle lenses if that’s was the case I think I’d know that by now - it’s as if they make them thick purposely so that you can upgrade but again terrible communication because I don’t mind upgrading - but to give me these thick lenses then have me call just to go through everything again is such a poor use of both our time. The Chinese companies don’t even do business this shady. I won’t be back to this branch. Rating back to 1 star based off this.

  Great customer service. The doctor was attentive and never made me feel rushed. Front of house staff was amazing also.
