StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Vinings offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

Recently, I decided to try StretchLab since my flexologist left and I was looking for something closer to home. I scheduled a consultation at the Vinings location. Aaron reached out, confirmed he received my information, and asked about my goals. I responded and clearly communicated what I wanted to work on. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told my confirmation “didn’t go through.” I explained that I completed the confirmation and had communicated directly with Aaron. The receptionist stepped away to speak with someone (who appeared to be another flexologist on his phone doing nothing), then returned and said they couldn’t see me. She added nonchalantly, that Aaron wasn’t there and there was nothing she could do — no solution, no attempt to reschedule, nothing. If this is how potential new clients are handled, that tells me everything I need to know before committing to what are already premium-priced memberships. I’ll be taking my business back to Stretch Zone….
