StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Morningside offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

    First timer and the communication about booking was unclear. I had been gifted 3, 25 min session and the woman I spoke with on the phone said I could combine two of them for 50 min. She told me the time and later when I doubled check the slew of texts they sent I saw 1:30. Called me at 1:00 and asked where I was. Said I have a text messages for my appointment at 1:30 min. Turns out I had gotten two text messages for two different appointments and didn’t see the first one so I showed for the second one. My stretch session was fine (which is why I gave this two stars instead of one) but the manager argued with me and basically implied it was my fault for not understanding their booking system. Only got one 25 min session and wouldn’t give me back my session. I don’t feel like going back for my remaining session is worth their obvious high pressure greedy sales tactics to redeem the full amount. They clearly just want money and don’t care about people. Major ick.

    My experience at StretchLab has been nothing short of magical. Before, I was much more prone to the aches, pains and injuries that would limit my ability to exercise and maintain my weight and overall health (let alone improve upon it). Since I started doing just 2-3 sessions a month eight short months ago, I have been pain and injury free (and generally ache free) as I’ve more seamlessly attained my fitness goals. Stretch massage is the real deal and Aija is outstanding!

    Aija is outstanding, I've had incredible results working with her for the last few months. She is so knowledgable about the body, asks questions about your experience during the session and gives great homework suggestions to accelerate your range of motion. 5 stars all around!
