  DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO! You’ll never get your money back. Stay away from this place and the franchise altogether. Truly abhorrent and deceptive policies. They baited and switched me and now are harassing me to pay them when I never even had an appointment. I’ll caveat that I never received any service here so can’t speak to the quality of their massage therapists. I wanted to book an appointment while on a work trip, before heading to the airport. The Stretchlab online calendar had an appointment I wanted and the website prompted me to check out online. I paid online within a few minutes, but the website no longer showed the appointment as available. I called them to schedule and nobody picked up. 15 minutes later I get a welcome text from them to book an appointment. I then texted back to ask for a refund since I had to make a flight, to which they responded that there are NO REFUNDS, and I could use my credit next time I’m in town. I don’t live in ATL and do not know when I’ll back so this wasn’t acceptable. I called my credit card company who disputed the charges for me since I never received a service and they were reversed out. I was ready to move on with life but a month later, Stretchlab emails me saying I owe them $25 for a charge reversal, which is clearly not the consumer’s liability. The stupidity of all of this is that if they admitted to the website’s scheduling error and allowed my cancellation, processing my refund would’ve cost them 2-3%. Instead, they forced me to request a chargeback since they never provided me with a service and that costs them much more. Where they are wrong is having a policy to pass these charges to the consumer. I am filing complaints with the Georgia BBB and Consumer Protection Department and will be posting my story on any and all social media review sites so consumers are forewarned about this place.

  Do NOT EVER BOOK WITH THEM !! They have THE worst customer service . I advised them that I wanted an appointment on June 11 as I arrive on June 11. They have booked me for the wrong day Which is June 12 I requested a refund in which the gentleman at the counter advised me he could not give me a refund he would need to speak to his manager for approval on a refund. I request requested a call back in which I never received instead. I received a text message from someone named Katie, who advised me that she could accommodate a reschedule. Again, I reiterated that I wanted a refund after a few exchanges with text messages. I realize that they were not gonna give me a refund and I honestly did not feel like arguing with them. About their tacky and unprofessional customer service I instead opted to go ahead and reschedule and never scheduled with them again. So I had a new appointment and unfortunately, I came down with the flu. It was running 103 Degree fever is most no last thing you’re gonna be thinking about as you’re fighting for your life is Rescheduling a stretch appointment. So I called to reschedule a new appointment in which I spoke to a Who went ahead and scheduled me for Sunday, June 22 well, I received a text message from Brittny that they would not be able to accommodate me for Sunday without me Again, as if I’m going to just give them $115. It’s very unfortunate that their customer service is so bad They do not care about accommodating the customers they don’t even care about making sure The correct day they just wanna take your money. I suggest you go elsewhere do not even Forbid you get sick and cannot make your appointment. They will keep your money.

  1st timer, at the Buckhead location. All the staff were very nice! Brian is the name of the guy who streched me, and he was very nice. Great conversation, and tips provided during stretching session! 5 stars! I am now a Member!❣️

  I have been looking for a place focused on stretching for a few years. I found stretch lab via a referral from my pt. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is very professional and concerned with your needs and your overall well being. I've been a member since June 2021.
