Dr. Bade was out so I went to see Dr. Hall regarding a damaged cornea I previously had that still bothered me with light sensitivity. On this particular day my eye was swollen as well. Unfortunately friend decided to discuss my business out in the front office in front of everyone instead of pulling me to the back hence, I made an appointment. I was very dissatisfied with my care and just her concern overall. I was even told only albino’s and people of her color could only get a medical waiver. I felt extremely uncomfortable and annoyed with her not to mention just her communication saying “maybe those false lashes caused my eyes to not shut up”. Very unprofessional to melanated skin tones because another appointment came after me and “friend” pulled him to the back immediately without discussing his business in the main office. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back to this office or ever want to see her again. Waste of money and time!
