However, I was disappointed with the level of customer service I received. This was my first visit to this location, and as a Black Card member who frequently visits other Planet Fitness gyms, I expected the same professional experience I normally encounter. Instead, when I asked a question, the staff seemed unwilling to provide an answer and responded with noticeable attitude when I sought clarification. After reviewing feedback online, I noticed multiple customers have raised similar concerns about the same staff members. My concern is why these repeated complaints have not yet been addressed. As a paying member, I believe consistent professionalism and respect should be a standard at all Planet Fitness locations. I strongly urge management to address this issue, as there are many individuals seeking employment who would uphold the Planet Fitness reputation and provide the welcoming experience members deserve.
