  Words can’t express the appreciation I have for the staff at Pearle vision on Lennox in Buckhead. Flight disruptions made us unable to go home between two separate weeks of travel. My 14-year-old daughter would have been without contact lenses. Gabby checked her prescription and made sure she had the right samples in stock, setting us up to have a good week of vacation. Thank you thank you!

  This was my first time visiting this center and Terrica made it a very pleasant experience. She was very warm and welcoming. She provided great knowledge of the different styles of glasses and helped me pick a couple of pairs. I have a round face so I’m always skeptical about choosing the right pair of glasses but Terrica was very patient as I tried on several styles. Ultimately she helped me figure out what styles fit the shape of my face and I was actually excited. I walked out with much confidence and will definitely be back. I love great customer service!

  Terrica was absolutely amazing! From the time we entered the facility until actually receiving our purchase she was just wonderful. Terrica definitely showed great professionalism and knowledge of the frames and helped us select glasses that complimented the shapes of our faces all while smiling. She made this purchase very comfortable because she was so nice. Will definitely be back because of her great customer service. If you go ask for Terrica!

  I recently visited the Pearl Vision location near Atlanta, and I honestly couldn’t have been happier with my experience. I had originally found a pair of glasses I liked at a different location, but I wanted to check this one out since it’s close to Lennox mall and seemed more fashion-forward. I walked in with no clear idea of what I wanted from a frame perspective—just hoping to find prescription glasses and sunglasses that worked for me. At first, I was completely overwhelmed by the selection and honestly thought it was a lost cause. But then one of the specialists—who I wouldn’t have even known to ask for—helped me find the perfect pair of frames. I couldn’t have been happier. What really impressed me was the level of care and attention, especially because I was going on a work trip the following week and desperately needed prescription glasses. She went out of her way to get my lenses—hard-to-find ones due to my astigmatism—from another location and had my glasses ready the day before my trip. On top of that, when I found a pair of sunglasses I loved, she explained the unique lenses in a way that made me an immediate fan. I can’t recommend this location enough. Even if you think you’ve already found the right frames, stop by here before making a final decision. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely puts the customer first, and goes above and beyond—especially when you’re on a tight timeline like I was. Truly a five-star experience.

  Returning for my second year the staff was extremely disorganized compared to my 2025 visit. I suspect they conducted insurance fraud since we opted to not purchase a new eye glasses frame. The staff was very pushy to purchase glasses since I have a double benefit with my insurance. Unfortunately, the glasses were more expensive than my insurance and we just didn’t like any of the styles. After our initial visit, the doctor’s office “lost” our prescription and we had to redo the exam to confirm the prescription. Update - I submitted a grievance with VSP and you can see that they made an original claim for lenses and frames. Not until we accused of fraud did the office reverse the decision to make an insurance claim. Remember this is my second year and I have purchased a full year supply of contact lenses and did not receive a complimentary pair of sunglasses last year. Take the facts - there was clearly intent for fraud but their excuses and our persistence made their office switch up their story.
