- MMMonica6 days ago5.0Our family had a great experience at Pearle Vision with Dr. Ray, technician Robert, and opticians Parker and Warren. Dr. Ray provided very thorough eye exams and took time to answer all of our questions so we felt well informed. Robert was professional and attentive, and Parker and Warren were fantastic helping my two college-age daughters and me choose glasses that fit our styles. They were patient, knowledgeable, and helpful with pricing and insurance options. We’ll definitely be back for our next annual exam.

Support staff including Warren went above and beyond to ensure my transaction was made through HSA and voided a previous charge (error on my part) without any issues. She gave me the most thorough eye exam I ever had but on the other hand the eye glass technician (I guess that is what you call them) are very rude and condescending. I purchased a pair of glasses from them and the lenses had a slight flaw in the corners where my peripheral vision was blurry in the right corner of one eye. Instead of trying to come up with a solution to rectify the problem they were quick to say we will just give you your money back and you can go somewhere else and get your glasses. Then when I asked how will that affect my insurance since my insurance covered most of the cost I was talked down too like I did not know how insurance works. Being new too Atlanta I thought the south would be more accommodating and welcoming 🤔.
