From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calm, clean, and designed to help you actually relax. The staff is super welcoming and really knows their stuff—they walk you through everything so you feel comfortable, even if it’s your first time. The float session was unreal. Total quiet, total weightlessness… it felt like hitting a reset button for my mind and body. After that, the contrast therapy was the perfect combo—hot, cold, and back again. It left me refreshed, loose, and energized in a way that normal recovery just can’t touch. Whether you’re dealing with stress, sore muscles, or just need a break from life, this place is absolutely worth it. I’ll be back for sure. Highly recommend.

My monthly Vitamin IV treatment + NAD is a game changer in between all my work travels around the country helps me stay healthy with a newborn at home! The staff and nurses are experienced, knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming...it feels like home when you walk in the doors. When I am not getting my monthly IV treatment with my membership, I am doing a contrast therapy session (cold plunge + sauna) for a little treat. Pro Tip: If you are looking for the perfect holiday or birthday gift for someone special (or just to try all the amazing things that Pause has to offer yourself) I couldn't recommend the "hero's journey package" more. You get a chance to try each offering once - float session, cryo session, vitamin IV drip session, LED light session and contrast therapy session and figure out what suits your needs. Run don't walk! You don't know what you're missing!
