He has been an excellent resource for the successful use & care of our Miracle Ear hearing aids. My husband has been wearing hearing aids since around 2000. He has worn the following hearing aid brands: Resound, Phonak, Oticon and lastly Miracle Ear. The first three aids were purchased through audiologists in private offices who helped with cleaning and repair of the aids and adjustments. His hearing now is greatly diminished. Joshua's knowledge of the physiology of the ear, Miracle Ear aids' design and functionality and his listening ability and diligence at tweaking these aids to my husband's specific needs have given him his best chance of keeping some hearing. You will learn together the best solution for your hearing needs…Josh works out your issues and you have a better life because he truly cares! I will be setting up my own hearing test to get my baseline and know where I am at so that Josh can take care of my needs as they arise! So happy that we have Josh at Miracle to take care of us! I recently had issues and got an appointment at the Northlake location which is closer to my work. My daughter always goes to appointments with me because I feel technically challenged. Yesterday we were met by a very kind, friendly gentleman- Joshua Perry. This was an awesome experience and made my day. My daughter and I were highly impressed by his knowledge, intelligence, professionalism, problem solving, clarity of instructions, and thoroughness in meeting all my needs. I have made another appointment to learn even more about my hearing aids and app. I have complete confidence in Joshua and his skills - especially in his ability to relay information in a way that I can understand. I won’t need my daughter to assist at my next appointment. Miracle Ear is fortunate to have an employee with his character, values and dedication.
