They made me feel like I mattered and they allowed me to shop around with no pressure ! The customer service was perfect. I had called before going, and even while speaking with Jamal over the phone he was so pleasant. I arrived and Q was do patient with me. I purchased a pair of glasses and before I left the both used my name when telling me goodbye and to have a good evening. By using my name they acknowledged me as a person and not just a customer.
