My experience was seamless. This is my 2nd time in 12 months. From repair form the first visit, to exam and new eyeglasses at the 2nd visit, I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Flawless, customer service above par, frames and lenses to perfection. Thank you for everything!

Not the experience I hoped for. I purchased a pair of cartier glasses from this location My initial interaction with the sales rep ( Brittany) was very good. she was pleasant on that interaction. However , after receiving the glasses back from the lab I noticed when I read with them I felt the prescription was off finding myself having to put my head down to see as if the surface area was off as they are progressives. I visited the location a few weeks after giving it time to for my eyes to sort of adjust which they never seemed to have done. . Upon walking into the location Brittany was standing at the desk. I was greeted by someone else, but you know she was my representative so I decided that I would try to speak with her so I agreed to wait for her to get done so about five minutes or so pass and she came over and was like. Is there something that I can help you with or can someone else help you ? I was like well yeah I would like for you to help me so I’ll wait and her demeanor was just not one of a very friendly person that I met on my initial interaction . So eventually a guy came over (Chris)and assisted and I was OK with that . .
So he asked what was going on, explained to him about the issue I was having with the reading part of the glasses, which appeared that it was a surface area issue where maybe the reading area was off . like it didn’t come down enough for the transition to occur while reading . In response he advised me that normally people don’t read that way( holding their head down as far as I did) they usually read this way holding up higher. . As previously stated I have been getting my glasses from LensCrafters another location for years and I’ve never had an issue like that before I’ve gotten all different styles of glasses never ran across this situation before . Almost as if he was trying to talk me out of resending them back to lab saying how much longer i would be without them etc. Finally , He realize that I wasn’t going to just walk away and be OK with the way these glasses fit so at that point he appeared to be frustrated with me wanting to correct my glasses Eventually, he asked to see my current frames compared them and found that they area was in fact off prescription that I had got from another location he noticed that the surface area in the Cartier glasses was smaller and different than in my Versace glasses .
After picking them up after correction they are now correct. i’m saying all this to say that when a customer tells you that something is wrong with the way that their glasses feel or look on their eyes as far as the ability to be able to see correctly you should just believe them. It was almost like they didn’t believe me and was kind of taken back that I was asking them to redo these glasses so LensCrafters Lenox Mall outside location I will never give you another penny of my money to get glasses, I went there because they carried a larger line of designer glasses but if the Service is anything like I experienced, I will just figure it out go somewhere that is not even in network not to have to deal with the attitudes that I was given during my interaction.

Excellent experience!
Came in and found exactly what I was looking for. The staff provided great customer service from start to finish. This is where I always get my eyes checked and buy my frames. Today I picked up the Ray-Ban Meta limited edition cosmic blue glasses, they had them in stock and made the process super smooth. Definitely my go-to LensCrafters! 👓✨
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
