This LensCrafters is special! I've worked with both Mr. Tavre Sharpe and Mr. Matthew to help make adjustments to new Ray-Bans eyeglasses I purchased. They both were very kind and made great recommendations on approaches to adjustments for the perfect fit! I recommend this location for its great customer service!

Ever since Dr Warstadt left and the new location was built the service by Atlanta Eye Group has been horrible. They gave me the wrong contact prescription five times in a row even though I told them it was wrong ( for starters they had the left and right eyes reversed and since I don’t use the right eye contacts I only order lenses for my left eye and the delivered right eye lenses they were worthless for my left eye). That was just one of the mistakes on the prescription. When the last 6 month supply was returned to them I said I wanted a refund and I’m still waiting for that ( this was during the summer). Add to the fact I would arrive for an 830 am appointment only to see the doctor saunter in 40 minutes later. That happened more than once. Currently looking for a new optometrist for my entire family.

Very great customer service! Shawn Crosby was extremely helpful and I appreciate her patience with me to ensure I was completely satisfied with my order. I would recommend this store and Shawn to anyone needing to visit LensCrafters.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
