I couldn't be happier with their products, service and care. I would definitely recommend them. Jon and Gu'liana at the Perimeter Mall store are the best🤩😍

I rarely ever write negative reviews, but this experience was too frustrating to ignore. I went to one LensCrafters location to get my eye exam and purchase the new Meta Smart Glasses (Gen 2). I specifically asked the associate three different times if these were the new generation glasses, and she assured me they were. Later, she ordered the first generation glasses instead of the new ones I requested. That part was disappointing, but what made it worse was what happened when I tried to return them. LensCrafters advertises a 30-day return guarantee, and it had only been two days since pickup. I went to a different LensCrafters location to return them because I was in the area, and the associate (a short, heavyset Black woman with glasses, I wish I would have caught her name) refused to process my return, claiming she “had to goals to meet” and that it was “inventory day” and a "Sunday" so she couldn’t help me. There were no customers in the store and she made no effort to resolve the issue, even after I explained the situation and had everythingn, receipt, sealed box, and LensCrafters bag. After a while of noticing that she wasn't joking, she really wasn't going to help me. I decided not to do a lot of back amd forth amd decided to leave. I've done business with this store before and never had an issue I'm a repeat customer. I ended up driving back to the original location, where they processed the return immediately with no issues at all, and confirmed there’s no such policy about not accepting returns due to inventory or Sunday schedules. This was frustrating, unprofessional, and honestly unacceptable for a national chain that prides itself on customer service. I hope management addresses this so it doesn’t happen to other customers.

Gu'liana, the sales associate, was absolutely amazing. I came in looking to replace my black frames that I lost and wasn’t able to find anything that fit what I was looking. Gu’liana went above and beyond to search for the previous style. She went as far as to zoom in on an old picture to read a very blurry sku number. She was able to find the frames and made my day. Her dedication is truly appreciated

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
