First of all, I love LensCrafters and enjoy using my benefits to get new glasses. This year I ordered my glasses online and need them adjusted a bit. Ramon quickly helped me, and was so warm and friendly. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service I receive anytime I come into the Perimeter location!

Jon Beaton (The Optrician), is the greatest! I have had two experiences with a pair of glasses purchased elsewhere with the pins keep falling out. However, when I come to the Perimeter Mall, Jon has always been delighted to look at my problem and gladly resolves it. Thank you Yulunte Stevenson Jon @ Lens Crafters

I stopped in simply looking for directions to another optometrist to fix a screw that had fallen out of my frame a week or so ago, and I was pleasantly surprised to meet Ramone. He was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely helpful. Not only did he take the time to repair my current glasses, but he also helped me quickly find a stylish new frame as a great secondary option. Thank you, Ramone! I truly appreciate the exceptional service and look forward to visiting LensCrafters Perimeter again.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
