I had a great experience at Lens Crafters! The staff at this location is outstanding. Tomekia approached me while I was browsing and provided excellent patient service as I looked through frames. She went above and beyond to find me the perfect frame (wasn’t even displayed in store). After choosing glasses Jo’s (store manager) assistance was exepctional. Heather even graciously assisted by cleaning my current frames as I checked out. I will be using lens crafters moving forward. Thank you ladies for all your help!

Communication is key. In the future, please communicate to the customer if their appointment has been given away to someone else, no matter the reason. I have been a customer of lens crafters for 20 years. First time visiting this location. Most offices I have visited had my information on file, where ever I am in the country. I took the time to come to the office, not thinking my appointment was given to someone else. That was extremely disappointing.

I had an outstanding experience at the LensCrafters in Cumberland Mall in Atlanta, GA. The entire staff was professional, welcoming, and very attentive from the moment I walked in.
I especially want to recognize Leara, who assisted me with selecting both prescription glasses and sunglasses. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the frames that suited me best. She even brought over another associate to double-check the final selection to make sure everything was perfect. That level of care really stood out to me.
It was also clear that this level of service is part of the store’s culture, because the floor manager demonstrated the same positive energy and commitment to great customer service.
Because of the excellent experience and the outstanding help from Leara, I highly recommend the LensCrafters location at Cumberland Mall for anyone looking for quality eyewear and top-tier customer service.

I've had four pairs of glasses made to here and three out of the four have had crazing inside of them which looks like somebody stuck a thumbprint inside. I'm done getting my glasses made here I've even provided feedback about it and yet and still they still have the crazing inside which makes it terrible to see. The pair of glasses that did not have crazing was a replacement to repair that did have crazing. Save yourself the headache and the money and to not get your glasses made here. After 20 years, I'm going to need to look elsewhere... Smh.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
