Aerhais was absolutely amazing! She did my adjustments and saved me from the stress of my new glasses not fitting! Professional, efficient, and very committed to high quality service. She’s a gem at this location.

I chose this location and Dr. Boxer because of the excellent reviews, but unfortunately my recent experience with the staff has been disappointing.
On Tuesday (3/3/26), I called the office to place an order for contact lenses and had an unpleasant interaction with an associate named Lady. During our conversation, she was short and dismissive when discussing pricing. When I mentioned that I would need additional sample lenses to hold me over until my order arrived, her tone felt abrupt and unaccommodating.
I placed the order on Friday morning (3/6) and was told a trial pair of lenses would be available at the front desk for pickup until my order arrived.
When I came in on Sunday to pick them up, the lenses were not there and the staff on duty had no idea what I was referring to. Jack was particularly unhelpful in trying to resolve the situation. Eris did take down my information and said someone would follow up, but the overall experience felt disorganized and poorly communicated.
Vision care is important, and as a paying customer I expect professionalism and clear communication. Based on the reviews, I expected a much higher level of customer service.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future patients have a better experience.

Great experience ordering my reading glasses. Yaacov Wex was very professional and took the time to explain all the features and the purchasing process. He was also very patient while helping me find the pairs that fit best. I really appreciated his positive vibe and energy. 10/10 service from Wex!

Recently, I went with my sister to get eyeglasses for her birthday. We had the pleasure to have Aerhais to assist my sister in satisfying her eyeware needs. Aerhais was extremely professional, kind, helpful, and patient. She made my sister and I feel very comfortable. She really listened and recommended great ideas with matching the glasses with my sister's style and work fashion. KUDOS Aerhais! My sister and I appreciate your amazing service. 💜🤗🙏🏾

I had an absolutely amazing experience at LensCrafters, all thanks to Sir Jarrette. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, patient, and genuinely welcoming. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Sir Jarrette took the time to really listen to what I wanted, explained my options clearly, and helped me find frames that fit my face perfectly. His eye for detail and honest feedback made a huge difference. I never felt rushed or pressured — just supported.
What really stood out was his customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was right, from fit to comfort to style. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
