I had a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Wex. He immediately greeted me when I walked into the store and was extremely kind and professional throughout my visit. I had been waiting to finally order my Meta glasses, and Wex truly delivered on both customer service and my excitement. He took his time to explain the entire process, from placing the order to when I could expect my glasses to arrive, and made sure I felt confident and happy every step of the way. He also went above and beyond by reviewing my insurance to ensure I was taking full advantage of my benefits. From beginning to end, the experience was smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Excellent customer service!

I had a wonderful experience at this location. From the front desk staff, to the doctor, and especially the lens professional Yaacov, everyone played a part in making this such a positive experience. Thank you for helping me find the right pair to truly support and hold my vision in place.
Yaacov, I don’t know if you’ve ever been told this, but your personality and natural gift for working with people feel like they’re meant for an even higher role. You bring something special to what you do, and it does not go unnoticed.

Disappointed with this Lenscrafters experience. Had an appointment midafternoon on a weekday and had my eye health tested promptly by the assistant, then was waiting for 30+ minutes in the examination room for the optometrist.
I've had glasses since childhood (Lens crafters the northlake location and one other) and have never had an examination that felt so rushed or imprecise. In the prescription matching, I was not even asked to read out any letters at any point, which I have never experienced at an eye appointment, just very quickly check if 1/2 is better etc-- how can the optometrist be sure the prescription is accurate? After this took less than 10 minutes, I have a slightly different prescription (normal amount of expected change in a year), but I don't know if I trust that it is better than my previous prescription due to the rushing and not even showing the before/after difference of my previous prescriptions with the eye test machinery. She also did not look at all at my Optomap eye scan-- why pay for a high-tech measure of eye health if it is not looked at in the slightest?
Overall I am disappointed in myself that I actually paid for this extra service which was not looked at. I will not be back to this Lenscrafters location. I think they were overbooked and thus did my appointment very sloppily.

I have been coming to this specific location for 19 years since moving to Georgia. I've always had A+ and beyoynd customer service!
My daughter has always been seen here since the age of 6 years old.
Today, Sunday at 3:00 o'clock I wanted to schedule an appointment for myself, daughter and grandson.
I was leaning on the counter as I always have done with viewing the appointments!
Talysia was extremely rude in tone by telling me to not stand where I was standing no problem, but there's a way to tell a person. Needless to say I wasn't able to make an appointment(s) with Dr. Boxer since I was told he was book up for the week. Because of Talysia's demeanor and NO of customer service attitude needless to say, I left without an appointment for memy daughter my or my grandson. Walking to my car, I called since it's freezing outside to ask who was the person I just spoke to...... the person who answered the phone was an individual by the name of Jeremiah. I proceeded to ask him who was the young lady who sat next to him he told me "I didn't know perse'." I told them I was the one that was just there two minutes ago with the orange sweat. As I was walking back into the building (him not knowing) he just hung up the phone on me.
I found out the name of the the rescription - Talysia' and the one who hung up the phone on me Jremiah! I wasn't gonna say anything to any one of them, but when he hung up the phone on me, yes, I did. Tell them both. They were extremely disrespectful and represent this company in a way
That has not been my experience in the past!! I asked for a manager and was told "there wasn't one there today." I have my history here and so does my daughter and grandson, but if I did not have such a rapport with Dr. Boxer, I would NEVER come back here!! Jennifer who i've known for over fifteen years and still am friends who ran the ENTIRE front counter as office assistant/receptionist/manager, was the best this location has ever had!!! Jennifer anticipated the needs of every single person she encounterd as I witnessed for myself!! Jennifer always had a smile, always had an answer. And if she did know something she said, let me ask!!! Jennifer was a gem to this location and it's not been the same since here departure. Dr. Boxer it's my hope that you would have better training for your frontline staff as they are representing this location Poorly.
I've worked at the CDC for the past twenty years. Something told me to go on our 'list.Serve" an employee's site of recommendations reviews referrals, and I was shocked at the recent wealth of information that did not reflect positively on the Lenscrafter's on Druid-Hills. We have thousands of individuals that work here, the CDC that have seen these postings especially the negative responses from over the last year!
DO BETTER DRUID HILLS Lendscrafters!!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
