This pharmacy is terrible. IF you can get through, they like to repeatedly pick up and hang up. It took me 7 calls to get them to answer. They'd pick up, I'd hear people talking then they'd hang up on me. When I finally got someone to answer the phone, I asked them not to fill the prescription because I needed to pick it up at a different location. They assured me it would not be filled there. It was filled there anyway. These are very simple instructions. It's not because they can't care, it's because they don't. That much is very clear after dealing with them this many times. Never again.

The Asian lady have no experience at tall, there was 2 order medicine I pick up .The docusate was out of order. Need to order in Monday! And forget OTC Kroger stool softener could be good choice instead, only 3.99. So I went to another Kroger Pharmacy, I can’t get prescription medicine,Because My doctor didn’t sent there, and the lady thought We can get it.She’s unaware of the process. Fortunately,I got the OTC .2:even I don’t have any insurance,I only got 224 price,no any discount,😏,very uncomfortable,I have been there many time. I knew it.lucky, I gave her my insurance card, and paid a little.
