I came in for a flu shot. The pharmacist named Roger refused to give me the shot despite still having 30 minutes to closing. Extremely unprofessional.

Your technology needs improvement. I should receive a notification as soon as my prescription is ready not 6 hours latter after I have already picked it up. That’s weird.

Have had a good experience in the past, but for covid vaccine, they are really understaffed. 1 person for 30 plus people is not enough. Late opening and way behind schedule. Why bother scheduling 8 am slot if you aren't going to be open till 8:30

On multiple occasions, this pharmacy location has let me down on getting my medication. It’s disappointing that as the client AND patient, I have to be the one coordinating and calling them each time to get the ball rolling with filling a time-constrained prescription. Thank goodness it’s not a life-saving medication I need like epi or insulin! The only positive thing I can say is that pharmacist Emma is always a comfort and bright light to talk on the phone. She bends backwards to help me out and is true to her word in calling me back, so kudos to her! It’s too much of a headache to deal with this location though, so I won’t be returning.

I think there has been some improvements lately, but it's still untidy and not stocked well. Lots of empty shelves. DO NOT dare use the front bathrooms.
