It’s disappointing that as the client AND patient, I have to be the one coordinating and calling them each time to get the ball rolling with filling a time-constrained prescription. Thank goodness it’s not a life-saving medication I need like epi or insulin! The only positive thing I can say is that pharmacist Emma is always a comfort and bright light to talk on the phone. She bends backwards to help me out and is true to her word in calling me back, so kudos to her! It’s too much of a headache to deal with this location though, so I won’t be returning.
