I am so thankful for this convenient Kroger location. The pharmacists always seem to be busy doing what they are suppose to do while maintaining a cordial code of conduct. Customers are quick to write reviews to complain and rarely take the time to write them when they are satisfied which can give a business a bad reputation not to say that bad complaints aren't true I just think more clients who had a good experience should take the time if they have time to write a review to show their appreciation.

Hi my name is Roger Smith I would like to state that on February 20th 2025 at 5:00 p.m. I had a problem with a cashier who hollered at me and didn't want to serve me in her line when I asked her about it she looked at in an an unwelcoming face she said I don't have to take care of you, well one word led to another she talked about my mother and called me stupid when the manager came, his name is Mr. Nash he stated that I threw something at her, Well that was a lie, he said it out loud 3 times and my neighbor was in the store and witness everything.
I ask him to put it in writing that i threw something or better yet look a cameras and call the police i would gladly wait, he wouldn't do it. First of all that was Slander, and defamation of character.
Note: I work in surgery and i am a college person and to be treated as such from a person of management i am ashamed of Kroger of hiring such ignorant managers. The store is always nasty and unstocked. When you go through the lines they don't speak, they are chewing gum, and on cell phone just no respect at all; but if you think of the management then you would understand. I give the store a zero rating.
Don't shop there it's a disgrace, I'm going to Publix.

This pharmacy is HORRIBLE!!! It is always one problem or another. This last incident just broke the camels back for me. They CLAIMED that they gave me a 90 day supply of one of my medications, but actually gave me a 30 day supply. I tried to explain to the pharmacy that I only received the 30 day. He tried to INSINUATE that I was lying and trying to get extra medication. My insurance company tried to get the problem solved. But the pharmacy insist that my/their inventory was correct. I have file reports with insurance and Board of Pharmacy. Sad it had to go this far. I have requested that the cameras be pulled because I DID NOT receive a 90 day supply. Now I will be out of medications for SIX weeks if this is not solved.
