They keep refilling medication I no longer take even when I put a stop on the automatic refill on the website. So when I go to pick up my prescription, I’m told to pay x amount and I would tell them I don’t need these meds. Then they have an attitude of why I didn’t tell them beforehand. If you answer the phone, then you would’ve known. Or stop automatically processing all my medications when I only requested certain medications online. Simple as that!!!

I had to call them and they were so flippant about being incompetent that I just kept the prescription with CVS. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY UNLESS YOU HAVE THE TIME TO MICROMANAGE THEM TO ENSURE YOUR PRESCRIPTION IS BEING FILLED, DAILY!!!!!
