Obviously doesn't pay attention to what comes out of her mouth because she was incorrect the whole call. If she have an attitude all day she doesn't needs to be answering phone calls.

She was impatient with me when trying to take my insurance information and told me “ I don’t know what numbers you’re looking at.” Someone needs to train that professional so that she knows how to conduct business appropriately. I hate that I waste of my time over the phone and even in person trying to leave the issue.
