I’m sure this is fine for regular prescriptions but if you are someone going through a serious medical issue (Cancer) they are the worst. Not helpful at all when you ask for help, give you an attitude, and will literally tell you to google things instead of just telling you even when it takes 2 seconds to explain. Stay away if you’re going to need to use the pharmacy on a regular basis. Suck because this is the closest to me and I like the drive through

I'm sort of stunned at the reviews I'm seeing here, especially recently. I've never had a bad experience with this pharmacy, even during the periods when I was without insurance. To be fair, my prescriptions are all run of the mill, nothing exotic, and I even get 2 for my dog. It may be different for more critical medications, but I've never gotten any judgmental or rude vibes. Even the one time there was a mix-up, they were very quick to correct the issue and get it filled with no complaints or pushback. I highly recommend it, at least during the week, when I normally go.

I wish you could give less than 1 star. I have never had as many issues nor attitudes from any other pharmacy ever. They will hold up and delay medications just so they don't have to fill them. Even for cancer patients. They don't care. I finally gave up and refused to ever go there again. But then, my doctor accidentally sent my Rx there. I have now been on hold for over 30 minutes to get my prescription moved. It keeps timing out and hanging up on me, but I keep calling back... On my third call now. And no, they are not at lunch right now. They just refuse to answer the phone.

Horrible pharmacy. Said they could fill my prescription at time of drop off. Several hours later they claim the prescription is “obsolete” at all Kroger pharmacies and they are unable to fill it. After some simple research, I saw this was not true and Kroger pharmacies regularly continue to dispense this medication. My dog is in severe pain and will now have a delay in getting the medication she needs due to the techs being dishonest and unwilling to do their jobs.
