This Kroger pharmacy is terrible. Even when your physician sends in your prescriptions they do not fill them until you arrive and then you have to wait 30 min. WHEN JONATHAN WAS THERE THE SERVICE WAS SUPERIOR. What a mistake on Krogers part to let him get away. He cared about you as a patient, explained any medication concerns, had your meds ready AND remembered your name…BRING JONATHAN BACK. New guy not working out!

Don't bother making a vaccine appointment. They will make you wait for 30 minutes before even getting ready to give you your vaccine. We had to leave before we even got a vaccine because we had to get back to work.

I am very dissatisfied with the service I’ve received at the Kroger Pharmacy on 590 Cascade Ave SW, Atlanta, GA 30310 and have also experienced this at other locations. At many Kroger pharmacies I’ve called, you can hear the employees answer the phone and place it back down and mute the phone to get customers to hang up. I’ve experienced this too many times and no one should have to be given the runaround to receive medicine. For someone that is immobile, I am unable to go in and can’t always have someone drive there in time so I rely on phone services. I don’t know if this will be taken seriously because what big corporation does, but please consider if this were your parent, child or loved one in need of care and your paid employees are deliberately and passive aggressively denying service while being paid on the clock.

Staff is lacking which creates long lines. Not a good experience waiting in line for 14 minutes because employees are too lazy to open a register. Other than that, the place is great.
