I explained that I couldn’t see well in them, but was told they don’t take glasses back. Dr. Vonda reviewed my prescription and corrected it. Turns out I have astigmatism in my left eye that was previously missed. I’m so grateful for the care and attention. Thank you Dr. Vonda.

I was told that I didn’t need to order my contacts and that I could come back to get them. I explicitly asked if I needed to order them before the end of the year and I was told no. Today I called trying to get my contacts and was told that benefits end in the calendar year. I would’ve bought my contacts then if this would have been divulged but unfortunately for me, I won’t be able to get my contacts that my plan afforded because someone gave me the wrong information. I’ll be looking elsewhere moving forward.
